Yes -- we always start with a meet & greet. This gives us a chance to:
- Assess your dog's needs and personality
- Ensure they're comfortable with us
- Answer your questions and learn about you and your dog

How do I book or cancel a walk?
You can schedule a walk through our Contact Us page or email us at snooptroopdogs@gmail.com
If you need to cancel, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice.
What if it rains or snows? Do you still walk in bad weather?
Yes! Rain or shine, we walk. We'll always prioritize your dog's safety -- and towel them off when we return, if needed.
What are the safety practices used while the dogs are in your care?
We follow detailed safety protocols, including:
