We invest in our walkers so you can have peace of mind. 

We conduct a thorough assessment of the dog's behaviour, health and any special needs. This allows us to tailor our services to meet the specific requirements of each dog. If dogs do not have good recall, they will remain on leash. 

With the initial assessment, this allows us to determine compatibility and ensure appropriate groupings to prevent conflicts and maintain a safe walking environment for everyone. 

Dogs are walked on-leash unless otherwise agreed and in secure, off-leash areas.

Every dog is unique, and at Snoop Troop, we recognize that. We design customized walking plans to cater to your dog’s specific needs and preferences. Whether your dog enjoys a leisurely stroll or an active run, we tailor our services to keep them engaged and happy. 

We carefully plan our walking routes to avoid high-traffic areas, hazardous terrain, and potential dangers such as aggressive dogs or wildlife. Our walkers are familiar with safe and dog-friendly paths or dog beaches around Vancouver and area. 

In extreme weather conditions, such as heatwaves or storms, we adjust our walking schedules to protect the dogs from discomfort or danger. Our van is equipped with A/C, cooling mats, large water containers and plenty of towels to wet down in the event a dog over heats. 

Our team is equipped to handle basic training commands to ensure control and safety during walks. This includes recall training and positive reinforcement techniques. Leash training if needed and trail manners. 

By providing regular updates on their dog's well-being and any incidents that may have occurred during the walk, we maintain open and transparent communication with our clients.
